Terms and Conditions:-
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not make any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions.
- We work as a pure agent for incurring necessary expenditures or costs (such as Hotel, Flight, or other bookings).
- Date of booking of tour service to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost.
- 30 to 15 days of before tour service - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
- Within 15 Days of travel, no refund will be applicable on Tour Service.
- Booking Dates between 1st Dec 2023 to 31 Jan 2024 will not be applicable for rescheduling or cancellation.
- In peak season (for example long weekends, festival season, summer vacation, etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation.
- Payment gateway charges is non-refundable.
- Visa Charges are nonrefundable (If Included in the package)
- TCS is nonrefundable (If Included in the Package)
- Government approved documents required for the booking process
- No refund will be applicable for unused tours and Hotel / Resorts / Camp Booking
- Any unused service due to natural calamity or human reason, could not be refunded
- Check-In and check-out time will be as per hotel policy. Early check-in and late check-out will be as per Hotel policy only.
- No Refund or Rescheduling of a land package if the flight is canceled / Delayed/reschedule.
- Complementary activities are non-replacement with any other activities and location and Non-refundable
If a Booking is released due to nonpayment of any installment or due payment, then Felix Feria is not responsible.
- Gala Dinner Charges in the hotels on Christmas, New Year, Valentine, or any special day. However, note these charges are mandatory
- The tour cost does not include any travel insurance premium, but we strongly recommend travel insurance.
- You are not allowed to share our package with other travel companies for comparison.
- Above tour prices are subject to change in the event of an increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season/ holiday surcharge and major events/fairs and conventions.
- The time schedule fixed by the local tour operator should be strictly adhered to.
- Sic/coach/shared transfers have scheduled timings for pick up & drop, therefore pax need to wait/cooperate locally
- Some countries/cities charge city tax, which guests need to pay directly to the hotel.
- Guest may need to pay/deposit a certain amount to the hotel on arrival as security, which will be refunded at the time of check out. This amount varies from hotel to hotel policy
- As of now we are not holding any service, it is subject to availability. The booking process will start only after receiving the booking amount.
- Rooms are subject to availability. Room type (double or twin is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of the hotel)
- Above is the proposed itinerary, days & tours program, it can be changed.
- Airline ticket pricing is dynamic. This might change at the time of issuance.
- Selection of seats will be done by the client at web checking or at the airport.
- Cancellation / Re-scheduling / Renaming / Change of Date of flight booking are as per respective airlines' policy.
- Convenience Fees Charged on a flight booking are nonrefundable
- Flight Cancellation refund amount will be processed only after receiving it from the respective Airlines / Suppliers. No adjustment will be done with the new booking.
- The hotel booking Cancellation policy will as per the respective hotel policy.
