Day Wise Itinerary

Your adventure begins with your arrival in Guwahati. Meet our representative and drive to the famous Kaziranga National Park (approx. 5 hours). Check into your hotel/resort and relax amidst the wilderness. If time permits, you may explore the local village or nearby orchid garden. Overnight stay in Kaziranga.

Wake up early for an exciting jeep safari into the core area of Kaziranga National Park. Spot one-horned rhinos, wild elephants, swamp deer, and if lucky, the elusive tiger. After the safari, return to your hotel for breakfast, check out, and begin your drive to Shillong (approx. 7 hours). Arrive in the evening, check into your hotel, and relax. Overnight stay in Shillong.

After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunji — one of the wettest places on Earth. En route, visit Elephant Falls and Mawkdok Dympep Viewpoint. Continue your journey to Cherrapunji and explore key attractions such as Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave, and Arwah Cave. Later, check into your hotel. Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.

After an early breakfast, prepare for a full-day guided trek to the famous Double Decker Living Root Bridge in Nongriat. The trek includes descending more than 3,000 steps through dense forest trails and crossing suspension bridges. At the base, marvel at the bio-engineered root bridge built by local Khasi tribes. After spending time by the natural pools, trek back to Cherrapunji. Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.

Post breakfast, check out and proceed to Dawki. En route, stop at Mawlynnong — renowned as Asia’s cleanest village. From Riwai village, take a short trek to see the Single Decker Living Root Bridge. Later, visit Dawki and witness the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River. Optional boating is available. Overnight stay in Dawki or Shillong, based on your preference.

After breakfast, travel back to Shillong with en route visits to two stunning offbeat locations: Krang Suri Falls — known for its turquoise waters, and Laitlum Canyon — offering panoramic views of Meghalaya’s rolling hills. Arrive in Shillong by evening and check into your hotel. Overnight stay in Shillong.

After breakfast, check out and drive back to Guwahati. En route, stop for a spiritual visit to the sacred Kamakhya Devi Temple, a revered Shakti Peetha. Post-visit, you'll be dropped off at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey, marking the end of your enriching Northeast adventure.

  • Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
  • 30 to 15 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
