Day Wise Itinerary

Your journey begins with your arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station. After a warm welcome, drive towards Kaziranga National Park (approx. 5 hours). Enjoy scenic views of rural Assam en route. Check into your resort and spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Kaziranga.

Early morning, head out for a thrilling jeep safari inside Kaziranga National Park — home to the endangered one-horned rhinoceros, wild elephants, and various bird species. After breakfast, check out and drive to Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya. Reach by evening and check into your hotel. Enjoy leisure time exploring local markets or cafés. Overnight stay in Shillong.

After breakfast, begin your drive to Cherrapunji. En route, visit Elephant Falls and the stunning Mawkdok Dympep Valley Viewpoint. In Cherrapunji, explore popular attractions like Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave, and Eco Park. Check into your hotel. Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.

Post breakfast, proceed for the guided trek to the world-famous Double Decker Living Root Bridge in Nongriat. Trek down approx. 3,000 steps through thick forests, hanging bridges, and natural pools. Spend time admiring the bridge before trekking back. Return to your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.

After breakfast, check out and head toward Dawki to witness the pristine Umngot River. Optional boat ride available (extra cost). Visit Mawlynnong — Asia’s cleanest village. Trek to the nearby Single Decker Living Root Bridge at Riwai village. Later, continue the drive to Shillong and check into your hotel. Overnight stay in Shillong.

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Guwahati. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a relaxing sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra River — a peaceful experience that provides a perfect end to your adventurous journey. Overnight stay in Guwahati.

After breakfast, visit the sacred Kamakhya Devi Temple atop Nilachal Hill, one of India’s holiest Shakti Peethas. After your visit, you will be dropped off at the airport or railway station for your onward journey, concluding your 7-day North East experience.

  • Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
  • 30 to 15 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
  • Within 15 Days of travel, no refund will be applicable.
