Day Wise Itinerary

On arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, you’ll be greeted by our representative and begin your drive to Cherrapunji. Known for its lush greenery and cascading waterfalls, Cherrapunji is one of the wettest places on Earth. Upon arrival, enjoy local sightseeing including Nohkalikai Falls, Mawsmai Cave, Arwah Cave, and Eco Park. Check into your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.

After an early breakfast, begin your guided trek to Nongriat, home to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge. This trek involves descending over 3,000 steps through forested paths, suspension bridges, and natural pools. The root bridge is an architectural wonder, formed naturally by the interweaving roots of rubber trees. After exploring and resting at the site, trek back and return to your hotel. Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.

Check out after breakfast and proceed to Mawlynnong — known as Asia’s cleanest village. Stroll through the well-maintained paths, see the balancing rock, and interact with the locals. From nearby Riwai village, take a short trek to the beautiful Single Decker Living Root Bridge. Later, drive to Dawki and enjoy views of the crystal-clear Umngot River. Optional boat ride available (charges extra). Check into your riverside stay. Overnight stay in Dawki or Shnongpdeng.

After breakfast, check out from Dawki and drive to Shillong. En route, enjoy picturesque valley views, waterfalls, and local villages. On reaching Shillong — the capital city of Meghalaya — check in to your hotel. Spend the evening at leisure exploring the town or relaxing in a café. Overnight stay in Shillong.

After breakfast, check out and transfer back to Guwahati. Depending on your flight/train schedule, you may opt to visit Kamakhya Devi Temple (time permitting). You’ll be dropped off at the airport or railway station for your onward journey.

Cancellation Policy

  • Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
  • 30 to 15 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
  • Within 15 Days of travel, no refund will be applicable.
