Day Wise Itinerary

Arrive at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station and meet your driver. Begin your scenic journey to Shillong (approx. 3-4 hours). After check-in, relax and explore the hill town at your own pace. You may visit local cafés, shops, or simply unwind. Overnight stay in Shillong.

After breakfast, check out and drive to Cherrapunji. En route, visit the famous Elephant Falls. Continue to Cherrapunji and explore its highlights – Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave, and Eco Park. Enjoy misty landscapes and waterfalls along the way. Check-in and overnight stay in Cherrapunji.

Today is dedicated to the iconic trek to Nongriat’s Double Decker Living Root Bridge. Descend approximately 3,000 steps through thick forests, villages, and bridges. Spend time at the bridge and explore nearby natural pools. Return in the evening and rest. Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.

After breakfast, take a scenic drive to Mawphlang, home to the sacred grove and the starting point of the David Scott Trail – a historical route surrounded by dense forests, streams, and meadows. Enjoy a guided trek on this heritage trail. Return to Cherrapunji or Shillong in the evening. Overnight stay.

Check out after breakfast and drive toward Riwai village, near Mawlynnong. Trek to the Single Decker Living Root Bridge, an easier and shorter walk than Nongriat. Continue to Dawki, famous for the glass-clear Umngot River. Explore the riverside and check in. Overnight stay in Dawki or Shnongpdeng.

After breakfast, head to Krang Suri Waterfalls, a hidden gem with turquoise blue waters. Later, continue to Laitlum Canyon, offering panoramic views of gorges and cliffs. Reach Shillong by evening and check in. Overnight stay in Shillong.

After breakfast, begin your journey back to Guwahati. Once you arrive, enjoy a short city tour covering major attractions like Assam State Museum, Umananda Temple (optional), or simply relax at the riverfront. Overnight stay in Guwahati.

After breakfast, visit the revered Kamakhya Devi Temple located atop Nilachal Hill. After seeking blessings, you will be dropped at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.

  • Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
  • 30 to 15 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
  • Within 15 Days of travel, no refund will be applicable.
