Day Wise Itinerary

Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, your driver-guide will meet you. On your way to Kandy, stop at the famous Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where you’ll see rescued elephants being bathed and fed. Continue to Kandy, check into your hotel, and enjoy a peaceful lake drive followed by a captivating Kandyan cultural dance performance. Overnight stay in Kandy.

Today, embark on a full-day excursion to Sigiriya, one of Sri Lanka’s most iconic landmarks. Climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” Admire its ancient frescoes, water gardens, and royal palace ruins. Optionally, visit the nearby Dambulla Cave Temple if time allows. Return to Kandy for overnight stay.

Start your day with a half-day tour of Kandy, visiting the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, Kandy Viewpoint, Gem Museum, and the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya. After lunch, take a scenic drive through misty hills and tea plantations to Nuwara Eliya. Check-in and unwind in Sri Lanka’s cool “Little England.” Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

After breakfast, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Nuwara Eliya including Gregory Lake, Victoria Park, a tea plantation & factory visit, and Seetha Amman Temple. After breakfast, head out for a full-day coastal excursion. First, visit the colonial-era Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site filled with Dutch architecture, art galleries, and seaside cafes. Then continue to Mirissa, a laid-back beach town ideal for sunbathing or an optional whale watching tour (seasonal). Return to Bentota in the evening. Overnight stay in Bentota.

Check out after breakfast and travel to Colombo. Upon arrival, begin a city sightseeing tour covering highlights like Galle Face Green, Independence Memorial Hall, Gangaramaya Temple, Old Parliament, and Pettah Market. You’ll also visit shopping hotspots like Dutch Hospital Precinct, Odel, or Crescat Boulevard. Overnight stay in Colombo.
