Day Wise Itinerary

Welcome to Sri Lanka! Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Colombo. Spend your first day relaxing and acclimatizing. Enjoy the hotel’s amenities or explore the nearby areas at your own pace. Overnight stay in Colombo.

After breakfast, head towards Kandy, stopping en route at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where you can watch elephants being bathed and fed. Continue to Kandy and check in to your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful Kandy Lake Drive, followed by an energetic Kandyan Cultural Dance Show. Overnight stay in Kandy.

Today, take a full-day excursion to Sigiriya, Sri Lanka’s famous UNESCO-listed rock fortress. Climb the Sigiriya Rock, explore the royal gardens, and admire the ancient frescoes. Optionally, stop at the Dambulla Cave Temple (if time permits) before returning to Kandy. Overnight stay in Kandy.

Begin your morning with a half-day sightseeing tour of Kandy, including the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya, Kandy Viewpoint, and Gem Museum. Then travel south to Yala, located near the famous Yala National Park. Check in and rest. Overnight stay in Yala or Tissamaharama.

Wake up early for an exciting Jeep Safari in Yala National Park, where you might spot elephants, leopards, crocodiles, and birdlife. After the safari, drive to the southern coast and check in to your beachfront hotel in Bentota. Spend the evening at leisure enjoying the beach or pool. Overnight stay in Bentota.

After breakfast, embark on a day trip to Galle and Mirissa. First, explore the colonial-era Galle Fort, a UNESCO site filled with Dutch architecture, boutique stores, and oceanfront cafés. Then visit Mirissa Beach, ideal for swimming, relaxation, or optional whale watching (seasonal). Return to Bentota for overnight stay.

After breakfast, transfer to Colombo. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided Colombo city tour, visiting key landmarks such as Gangaramaya Temple, Independence Memorial Hall, Galle Face Green, Pettah Market, and the Dutch Hospital Precinct. Spend time shopping or dining before your final night in Sri Lanka. Overnight stay in Colombo.

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for your departure flight. Say goodbye to Sri Lanka with wonderful memories.

  • Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
  • 30 to 15 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
  • Within 15 Days of travel, no refund will be applicable.
